The Mix

The聽Mix聽is a student processing group for Perkins students that creates space for honest and open dialogue about race and race relations.
We come together to share perspectives, listen deeply, and reflect on our lived experiences. Vulnerability is welcomed and encouraged, and we intentionally foster an environment of trust and safety where every voice is valued. By blending our stories and insights, we grow in understanding, build stronger connections, and move toward collective healing. The group is facilitated by CCW counselor Araceli Warners, LMSW, in partnership with Roz Terry (Center for Intercultural Student Development) and Annie Mas-Smith (Service-Learning Center).
