VEHICLE REGISTRATION
All motor vehicles (automobiles, motorcycles, and motorized scooters) must be registered with theCampus Safety Departmentimmediately upon bringing the vehicle to campus.
The online registration can be found at. The vehicle registration can be completed any time (24/7) after August 10th.
When you have completed your vehicle registration online, you are considered to have obtained your permit. However, your vehicle registration IS NOT COMPLETE until the sticker is picked up and is completely affixed to the motor vehicle. If registering before classes begin, the parking permit must be picked up and displayed BEFORE the end of the first week of classes (Friday 4:30 pm). If a registration occurs after the first week of class, the permit must be picked up and displayed within 1 business day of registering. Students who have not picked up their permit within these guidelines may receive a fine for permit not displayed.
Student permit stickers are NOT transferrable and can only be displayed on the specific vehicle to which it is registered. If changing vehicles during the academic year, a student must register the replacement vehicle separately at a discounted rate of $10 plus a service fee administered by IPARQ. The permit registration must match the plate of the registered vehicle.
Permit stickers must be displayed on the lower right corner of the front windshield, passenger side, above the glove box. The permit must be affixed with sticker’s own adhesive backing. No tape, plastic wrap, or any alternate form of adhesion is allowed.
Students who have temporary license plates should register their vehicle with the temporary plate number and notify Campus Safety as soon as they receive their permanent license plate. Campus Safety will then update the vehicle records accordingly.

Further directions will be emailed to the student in December who sign up for this reimbursement credit.
