We are called to honor God with our bodies and offer them as living sacrifices. This program invites students to explore what it means to practice holistic wellness through faith-based learning, reflection, and hands-on activities. It is also a culminating experience for students in the Health Ambassadors Cohort. The course will be interdisciplinary in focus but may pair with another course in the cohort progression to complement its content.
